As one who served for 20 years as a Police Officer for the city of Reno and is now Retired, Scott Hartze has the heart and soul of our community on his mind 24/7.  In addition to his role as an Officer, Scott was the Defensive Tactic Trainer for new recruits and was an on-going mentor as well. Throughout his extensive career, Scott dealt with different walks of life every day. It is this experience that refined his ability to know people at their very core, mediate, and problem solve through some of the most extreme situations.  As a Realtor, he brings all the integrity, focus, and shear grit that one needs to exceed his clients’ desires in the real estate business. “I am man of my word.
